Go to 1zon.vip, enter your mobile number, create a password and complete identity verification with a valid ID. Account access is available where local law in your state or region permits real-money play.

UPI deposits routed through our gateway typically reflect in your 1zon wallet in under a minute. If the balance has not updated after two minutes, check your bank app to confirm the transaction reference before contacting support.

Yes — Paytm and PhonePe are both active deposit methods on 1zon. You select your preferred rail during checkout. The same wallet balance is topped up regardless of which India payment method you use for the transaction.

The first time you request a withdrawal, our team asks for a copy of your ID to confirm the account holder matches the registered details. This is a one-time check; once approved, future withdrawals skip the document step entirely.

Some titles are filtered based on your verified region and the local law applicable there. If a game does not appear, it is not available in your current location — this is not a technical error and contacting support will not unlock it.
